NICOLE
WHAT I LOVE THE MOST ABOUT YOGA...
It makes me feel alive. Before finding yoga, I felt as though I was going through the motions of everyday life. Now as I connect to my breath, mind, and body I feel connected to the present moment.
WHEN I'M OFF THE MATT...
I am happiest outside, soaking up the sunshine with friends and family! I enjoy backpacking and camping in the backcountry, jumping in the ocean, going out on my SUP, and exploring new cities and landscapes. I am a hydrogeologist and love all things rocks, water, and flowing!

EARL
WHAT I LOVE THE MOST ABOUT YOGA...
It meets you where you are in the moment. There is always work to be done, and the journey is non-linear. Do the work. No judgment. Accept things as they are.
WHEN I'M OFF THE MATT...
I enjoy jogging around the island, making dirty chai lattes, and spending time with family and friends. I love watching my daughter grow up.

It's dance-like nature and merging of body and breath. It’s the path to true embodiment of Self.
WHEN I'M OFF THE MATT...
I feel most in my element when gardening, lounging at the beach, and acting as secretary for an organization dedicated to the safeguarding of women and children.

WHAT I LOVE THE MOST ABOUT YOGA...
The freedom it gives me. It provides freedom to my physical body and allows my energy to move if it’s stuck. It allows me to continue to explore my body and mind and reminds me of what I am capable of.
WHEN I'M OFF THE MATT...
I am an adventurer. I love to be outdoors, whether hiking, backpacking, camping, or traveling.

KAYLEE
WHAT I LOVE THE MOST ABOUT YOGA...
Yoga has given me the gift of community, finding peace within, and allowing me to nurture myself. It’s not about perfection, it’s all about expression.
WHEN I'M OFF THE MATT...
I may be playing soccer at the Bladium, dancing around the house, brewing kombucha, calling my mom or taking a walk around the island. As a physical therapist, I love spending time with people, but recharging in solitude is a necessity.

STACY
WHAT I LOVE THE MOST ABOUT YOGA...
Yoga inspires me to stay present in my body so I can live life gratefully aware. I am a dedicated student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the physical, mental, and spiritual rewards I receive in return.
WHEN I'M OFF THE MATT...
I love to cook! I also enjoy occasional leisurely exploring of the Bay with my partner on our kayak or solo on my paddle board. The time I enjoy the most is with family, my partner, and three dogs relaxing around the house.

WHAT I LOVE THE MOST ABOUT YOGA...
Is the opportunity to give back to myself. The practice is always an opportunity to connect deeper with ourselves, better understand our needs and boundaries, and ultimately learn how to show up for ourselves and our communities.
WHEN I'M OFF THE MATT...
I'm in grad school to become a Chiropractor and then doing things to decompress from grad school! Getting outside as much as possible, walking my pup, dancing, boxing, reading, and eating good food with friends and family.
