YOGA SPEAKS - DEEPEN YOUR CONNECTION TO SELF AND OTHERS

When: SUN 4/27 1:00PM - 4:00PM
Investment: $50

This special quarterly workshop series offers a warm and welcoming space of shared stillness to explore what's most meaningful for you.

Through mindful yoga and transformative exercises using the unique practice of Relational Presence, participants will move from being:

  • Connected to tech and constant busyness --> Connected to self and others through spacious stillness

  • Distracted by thoughts about the past or future --> An experience of the immense possibilities when you speak and listen in the present moment

  • Fearful of rejection -->Feeling seen and heard for who you are

  • Hesitant to use your authentic voice --> Comfort and ease relating with others

Join yoga teachers and experienced facilitators Liz Sweet and Shawnte Forrer to deepen your presence with self and others through powerful practices of receptive listening and heart-based sharing.

This workshop will be limited to 8 participants to create a safe space to explore. We recommend participants attend full series if possible as Relational Presence is a skill that deepens and expands with practice.
