Join us for a full laughter workout! Laughter Yoga combines unconditional laughter with yogic breathing (pranayama). Guided laughter exercises create childlike playfulness, loosen the ego, and tap into creativity and spontaneity.

On the physiological level, you'll gain fresh oxygen and stimulate the diaphragm and abdominal muscles. This calms the nervous system, lowers stress levels, and gives you energy.

Laughter is also the shortest distance to connect with others!

Mana and Lei are back to guide you in honoring the energy of the full moon in April. The full moon is a time of fresh starts, setting intentions, and planting seeds for the future.

Connect with the full moon's energy through Kundalini Yoga and Sound Healing. The harmonious fusion of sound and stillness, interwoven with the energizing practice of Kundalini, creates a sanctuary for students to journey deep within. The intention of this workshop is to use the power of chanting, breathwork, somatic free-flow movement, and sound healing to liberate our imagination and explore the depths of our subconscious.

During this lunar phase, you may feel more inclined to reflect on your dreams, aspirations, and innermost desires. It's an excellent opportunity for introspection and connecting with your intuition to cultivate a greater sense of presence and inner alignment.

In this supportive monthly circle, we'll practice the transformative approach of Relational Presence—the ability to be present with one person at a time from a space of stillness - whether we are speaking or listening.

Even if you already feel confident engaging with others or experience some anxiety in groups or one-on-one interactions, this profound practice will teach you to communicate beyond words and cultivate a presence that allows space for genuine connection.

Over time, this practice can help you bring your full voice and self into your life and work, deepening your ability to connect and strengthening your natural capacity to:

  • Express yourself clearly and freely in your own unique style without performance techniques

  • Embrace all of who you are and feel seen, heard, and fully alive

  • Expand your Presence to improve the quality of your professional and personal relationships

The session will begin with Hatha yoga to find stillness in the body and breath, followed by an opportunity to practice and develop Relational Presence.

Space is limited to 8 participants. No yoga experience needed.

Liz is a yoga teacher and certified Speaking Circles & Relational Presence facilitator who is passionate about sharing this approach that has helped her and many others.

Unprocessed grief stays in the body, causing physical, mental, and emotional blockages. TRE® (tension-trauma release exercises) is a simple technique that activates neurogenic tremors to unwind these areas of constriction. This somatic process regulates and calms the nervous system, allowing us to feel more grounded and lighter in our energy. When we do not work through grief, we stay stuck in our pain, easily triggered, and unable to slow down a reactive state.

Highlights of this workshop:

  • Understanding how the body deals with grief and the path to healing

  • Guided meditation to practice interoception, the art of noticing felt sensations in the body

  • TRE®

  • Tools and resources

  • Next steps to continue the healing journey

"When stuck in the past we are stuck in our pain, in the future we are stuck in our fear. But when the heart opens, we are crystal clear. And this only occurs in the present."
