SPEAK AND LISTEN FROM YOUR ESSENTIAL PRESENCE
SUN: 3/3 1:30PM - 4:00PM
Join us for this workshop to learn practices to tap into your authentic voice. Give and receive warm, receptive listening that enables you to move through anxiety to find stillness and speak from a deeper confidence.
THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO LEARN TO:
Be calm, clear, centered, and fully present in the moment.
Be your natural self and speak with ease in any setting.
Be a more receptive listener to strengthen professional and personal relationships.
We will begin with 45 minutes of yoga and breathwork to cultivate stillness and ease, followed by simple yet powerful speaking and listening practices to enhance your Relational Presence - your ability to truly be with others - 1-1 and in groups.
THE STILLNESS AT THE CORE OF RELATIONAL PRESENCE ALLOWS YOU TO:
Anchor yourself to help fear dissipate and release the yoke of performance.
Experience and develop a genuine, palpable connection with others.
Access your magnetic presence, innate wisdom, and natural eloquence.
This 2.5-hour workshop will be led by yoga teacher and Certified Speaking Circles Facilitator Liz Sweet. No prior yoga experience is needed. Space is limited to 8 participants.
