FAQs
How do I sign up for a class?
It's easy — click Classes in the main navigation or any Book Online button, pick the class that works for you, and check out. First time? You'll create an account in just a few steps. Once you're booked, we'll send a confirmation and reminder by email or text if you opt in.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel at least 1 hour before class. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the class; members are charged a $10 fee. We hold your spot for 10 minutes after class begins — after that it opens to the waitlist.
What should I wear?
Our studio is heated, so wear whatever you're comfortable sweating in — yoga shorts, a tank top, a t-shirt. Breathable and easy to move in is all you need.

Can I eat before class?
We recommend waiting at least 2 hours after eating before coming to class. Your body will thank you.
Do I need yoga experience?
Not at all. Every class is beginner-friendly and open to all levels. Our instructors are trained to offer modifications that meet your body where it is — so whether it's your first class or your hundredth, you're in the right place.
Do I need to wear a mask?
Masks are not required, but we have them available if you'd prefer one. Your comfort matters to us — if anything feels off before, during, or after class, please let your instructor know. We're here to make sure you have the best experience possible.
