HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A CLASS? 

  • Click on BOOK ONLINE in the main navigation or click on any button that says, "BOOK ONLINE."

  • Create a profile and register 

  • Select a class

  • Purchase a class 

  • You will receive an email confirmation and a reminder email/text before your scheduled class.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

You must cancel at least 2 hours before class or be charged a late cancelation fee of $15.  We will hold your spot until 10 minutes after the class starts, and then it will be opened for someone on the waitlist, and your spot will be forfeited.

 

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLASS?

Since the studio is heated, we suggest wearing yoga shorts, t-shirt, tank top, or anything you feel comfortable sweating in. 

 

WHAT SHOULD I BRING: 

  • Water  (we have more if you need it)

  • Towel for your mat 

  • Towel for you

  • Mat

  • You are welcome to use our mat and towels.

 

CAN I EAT BEFORE CLASS? 

We highly recommend you avoid eating at least 2 hours before class.

 

DO I NEED ANY EXPERIENCE IN YOGA? 

Absolutely not!  All our classes are all level and "beginner friendly." All our instructors are well trained and skilled in providing modifications that work for your body.  

 

DO WE NEED TO WEAR MASKS? 

No.  We don't require masks, but we have them available if you feel more comfortable. 

It's important to us that each student feels comfortable and safe. So if, for any reason, you feel any discomfort, please let your instructor know.  We are here to serve and support you in having the best yoga experience!
