OUR STORY
YOUR INSTRUCTORS

STACY
Yoga inspires me to stay present in my body so I can live life gratefully aware. I am a dedicated student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the physical, mental, and spiritual rewards I receive in return.

BRANDEN
Yoga is first and foremost a breathing practice and all postures come through that space of awareness.

TAMMY
Yoga is a limitless journey to grow the relationship with the self.

KAYLA
Yoga is the opportunity to give back to myself. The practice is always an opportunity to connect deeper with ourselves, better understand our needs and boundaries, and ultimately learn how to show up for ourselves and our communities.

PETER
Yoga has brought a lot of peace to the chaos of my life. I cherish that it's a practice, not something you can perfect or win! You can get better every time you step on the mat, and it means you can be gentle when you fall: that's part of the practice.

EARL
Yoga meets you where you are in the moment. There is always work to be done, and the journey is non-linear. Do the work. No judgment. Accept things as they are.

ALLIE
Yoga is a dance-like nature and merging of body and breath. It’s the path to true embodiment of Self.

SHAUNA
What I love about fitness is how we can make progress toward living a healthy life without being perfect.

KATIE
Yoga allows me the space and time to drop into how my mind, body and spirit are feeling. It helps to calm me when experiencing anxiety or stress, and teaches me to take a breath before reacting to a situation out of emotion. I love how my body changes with regular practice, and that every time we come to the mat the same pose can be and is a little different in our bodies.

LAURA
Yoga is a practice that shows you how to live in the moment, to appreciate what you have. It is a reminder that nothing is permanent. It makes you feel grateful and gifted, and above all it makes you feel alive. It is a strong, elegant, humbling, and life changing practice.
