Booking window for classes is open 6 days in advance. 

 

Due to the limited space in the studio, students must register online before class starts. No student will be permitted without registration.

 

Online registration is open up to 5 minutes before class starts. Registration will only be held for 15 minutes after the class starts. After that, the spot may be given to someone on the waitlist. 

 

You can cancel your class reservation up to 60 minutes before it starts without penalty. If less than 60 minutes: Non-members - class will be forfeited. Members & unlimited series - will incur a $10 late cancellation/no-show fee. Fees are charged the month after the occurrence.

WAITLIST
The waitlist is open until  60 minutes before class starts time. This means you can be added to the waitlist up to 60 minutes before class starts. 

 

You must opt-in to receive an email or text notification when you have been added to the class. (Click here to change notification preferences.)

 

Waitlisted students are added in the order of booking, as spots become available. Students have 60 minutes before class starts to cancel, so this is when spots start to become available.

 

WORKSHOP POLICY
Students must register online for workshops. Workshop fees are non-refundable unless for medical reasons.  Payment for no-shows will not be refunded.
